MEET US AT FOWT 2024

We are delighted to announce our participation in FOWT 2024, to be held in Marseille from April 24 to 26.
Co-organized by Pôle Mer Méditerranée and France Renouvelables and co-founded by Aix-Marseille-Provence metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the 11th edition of FOWT Conference will bring together the sector’s leading experts, researchers and industry leaders will meet for 3 days to exchange views on the latest technological advances in floating offshore wind energy during 2 days of conferences including 1 academic day and 1 day dedicated to technical visits.
Our Institute will be taking part in the technical sessions with two presentations :
- Assessing extreme breaking wave loads in the design of floating offshore wind turbines, Jean-François Filipot (Scientific Director)
- Polyamide mooring system for FOWT – advances in behaviour modelling and model validation from sea-trials’ monitoring, Romain Ribault (Mooring Systems and Offshore Monitoring Research Engineer)
